The Yeti USB microphone is designed for professional recording of vocals, podcasts, voice-overs, interviews, musical instruments, field recordings and more. Yeti features proprietary condenser capsules set in a three-capsule array designed for exceptional sound quality, along with four recording patterns: cardioid for vocals and voice-overs, bidirectional for interviews, omnidirectional for an entire band, and stereo for separate left and right audio.
