BOSS U.S. announced the redesign of www.BossUS.com. Its updated design features include improved functionality, a new design, state-of-the-art multimedia demos and a new dealer locator.

The site’s navigation is broken down into five categories: Gear, Interactive, BOSS Users Group Online, Customer Support and About BOSS. The site also offers online interactive product demos.
Customers can test new effects pedals online prior to purchasing, and use interactive pedal demos found in the “Gear” section of the site. Online demos are divided into four different categories, including Compact Pedal Test Drive, Virtual Pedalboard, Distortion Grid and the Essential Effects Lab, allowing users to create, customize and test their own personalized pedalboards.
The cascading menu system gives BOSS customers direct access to individual products from the home page, while lightning-fast search and support functions provide information quickly and efficiently with the click of a mouse button. TurboStarts, FAQs and software updates are updated around the clock, while customer service and product support specialists are also available every weekday from 7:30am-6pm (PST) at (323) 890-3700.
