Cakewalk announces the worldwide Fast Forward SONAR 6 tour, sponsored by Microsoft Windows Vista. The tour will feature in-depth demonstrations of the newly released SONAR 6 Producer Edition. Giveaways, upgrades and upgrade pricing to SONAR 6 will be available at each event.
The tour will educate participants on using SONAR’s Active Controller Technology (ACT) to control instruments, effects and mixes using any MIDI controller or control surface. It will also discuss the AudioSnap feature for tightening rhythm tracks and changing a project’s tempo, as well as SONAR’s mix engine and its new plug-ins, including VC-64 Vintage Channel and Session Drummer 2.
