Cakewalk announces special “crossgrade” pricing on SONAR 7 through December 31, 2007 at select dealers worldwide and directly from the Cakewalk Web Store. SONAR 7 is designed to run on Intel-based Macs via Apple Computer’s Boot Camp technology, which is currently in public beta.
Cakewalk will honor crossgrade pricing for all Cubase and Nuendo customers from all versions of Steinberg programs—including Cubase 4, LE, SL, SX, and older Cubase titles—on all platforms. In addition, owners of Ableton Live, Apple Logic, Magix Samplitude, MOTU Digital Performer, Pro Tools LE, Pro Tools M-Powered, Pro Tools HD, Sony ACID Pro and Sony Vegas are also eligible for this special pricing. In order to be eligible, customers need to complete a simple form to verify ownership of a competing product.
Customers interested in this offer can purchase SONAR 7 Producer Edition for $349 or SONAR 7 Studio Edition for $149.
