Cakewalk, a developer of music and sound software for Windows, announced that SONAR 4 Producer Edition is the winner of this year’s Musikmesse International Press Award (MIPA) in the Recording Software category.
The annual Musikmesse International Press Award, now in its sixth year, is collectively nominated by magazines all over the world, which select three products in each of more than 40 categories. This year, SONAR 4 Producer Edition garnered the most winning votes for its category.
Cakewalk’s Founder and CEO, Greg Hendershott, accepted the MIPA for SONAR 4 Producer Edition at the MIPA awards ceremony (Thursday, April 7) at Musikmesse.
