Fluhr, CAS. “CAS board member Paul Vik Marshall, CAS, is creating what promises to be an informative and interactive event by displaying and discussing the various and uniquely individual sound cart set-ups and bag rigs required for recording the various show formats: film, television, commercials and reality TV.

“This seminar was first offered in 2011 and was an incredibly successful event with production and post-production sound mixers, students, and recent film school alumni, film school faculty, independent filmmakers and general public in attendance. This year we are including a ‘Green’ component by asking participants and attendees to bring their used batteries for recycling.”

Doors open at 10:30 a.m. and KIND Snacks will provide a healthy complimentary breakfast. Light refreshments will be available. Mixers and exhibitors will be on hand until 3 p.m. to answer questions.
