CEDAR to Discontinue the DNS2000 Dialog Noise Suppressor

CEDAR Audio in Cambridge, UK announces that it will discontinue manufacturing its DNS2000 dialog noise suppressor and that the remaining units in stock are available for purchase at half price, while supplies last.

CEDAR launched the DNS2000 in March 2002 to partner its DNS1000 dialog noise suppressor. The DNS2000 comprises a dedicated CEDAR processing unit and remote control software that runs on Pro Tools systems (Mac and PC), and CEDAR states that it developed the DNS2000 as a direct response to users’ requests for a DNS unit that was timecode-aware and could be fully integrated within a Pro Tools session. The DNS2000 continues to sell for eight years.

CEDAR suggests that non-UK customers contact their national dealer for further details. For more information, contact CEDAR Audio USA at 207/828-0024 or [email protected], or visit CEDAR’s DNS2000 page or www.independentaudio.com/cedar.html.
