In the course, Dye goes into the studio to teach users how to get “big sounding, record-quality mixes.” The user will learn how to effectively use the latest plug-ins and automation. The DVD features three hours of instruction and 40 Pro Tools TDM and LE sessions on the ROM layer.
Shot at Supersonic Studios in Miami, an ICON-based control room, the lessons dissect a mix channel by channel, plug-in by plug-in, and automation move by move, with Dye explaining the reasoning behind every tweak.

Theory chapters include: what defines that “record” sound; keeping your mixing style fresh; using distortion to your advantage; and making magic happen.
