CharterOak Acoustic Devices will debut the M900 small diaphragm condenser microphone at the AES Convention in San Francisco’s Moscone Convention Center, booth #236, the only such mic in CharterOak’s line of high quality microphones for recording and broadcast.
CharterOak states that after an extended period of development, it has created a microphone with a reasonably flat frequency response and a robust and musical sound.
The M900 features a two-step sensitivity switch (-10db and +20db) and a two-position bass roll-off at 150 Hz and 75 Hz. Additionally, M900 owners can swap capsules as the M900 ships with cardioid, hypercardioid and omni directional capsules.
