Former Capitol Records executive Beatrice Olsen-Chisholm has joined Cherokee Studios in Hollywood as its new booking/traffic manager. Olsen-Chisholm will be booking, negotiating and scheduling Cherokee’s multiple recording and mixing rooms, including its world-renowned Studio I.
Olsen-Chisholm has more than 15 years of professional experience in the music industry, including mastering, manufacturing, artist and label client relations, and special project management. She previously worked with several major record labels, including A&M Studios, MCA Records and Geffen Records.
With more than 280 gold and platinum records to its credit, Cherokee Studios is actively producing and recording new and established talent, with plans to start an independent label in the coming months.
