Full Sail Graduate Named to Career College Hall of Fame

Full Sail Real World Education in Winter Park, Fla. congratulates Recording Arts graduate Marc Fishman for being named to the Career College Association Hall of Fame.  

Fishman graduated from Full Sail in 1990 and has worked his way through the industry in a variety of positions ranging from assistant to his current position as re-recording mixer. Prior to this, Fishman joined Digital Sound & Picture, where he was able to establish himself working on films such as Legally Blonde and The Wedding Planner. Since 1999, he has been a member of the Todd-AO studio team and has mixed on such films as We Were Soldiers, Nacho Libre, and the 2006 Academy Award winner for Best Picture, Crash. Most recently, Fishman worked on the Don Cheadle film, Talk to Me, and Slipstream, a film directed by Sir Anthony Hopkins. On average, Fishman mixes six to eight films per year.

The Career College Association (CCA) is a voluntary membership organization of accredited, private post-secondary schools, institutes, colleges and universities that provide career-specific educational programs. Members of the CCA Hall of Fame are career college graduates who have attained outstanding success within their industry. CCA Hall of Fame members include celebrity chefs Alton Brown and Bobby Flay, actor Julio Cedillo and Pulitzer Prize winning photographer Carol Guzy.
