Fullersound Inc.’s (Miami, Fla.) recent upgrade of its mastering studio included an installation of new analog console by Chris Muth of Dangerous Music.

In addition to the console, three new pieces of gear by Dangerous Music were also installed; Dangerous Master, Dangerous Monitor and Dangerous MQ. Other upgrades to the mastering studio included the addition of a Manley Variable MU limiter/compressor, rewiring of entire room using Mogami Cables, installation of a new console desk designed by Sterling Modular Systems and repositioning of Dynaudio M3s on new stands, which were created by Sound Anchors Inc.

Says the studio’s mastering engineer Michael Fuller, “I wanted to improve our analog mastering and I was very impressed with Chris’ experience in the mastering field and his new mastering console by Dangerous Music. Adding the new analog gear provides us with equally exceptional analog and digital options. It was also very exciting and beneficial to have Chris come to Miami and do the installation himself. I simply love our new setup.”

Recent projects at FullerSound include releases by Arturo Sandoval, Yngwie Malmsteen, Vico C, Pitbull, Arthur Hanlon, Bacilos, A.B. Quintanilla III y Los Kumbia Kings and an upcoming release by Juvenile.
