Grace Design 801R
Immersive Studios, located in Boulder, Colo., recently completed work on Studio 7, their new state-of-the-art music, video and multimedia performance space and
production studio, where they installed three Grace Design model 801R 8-channel remote control microphone preamplifiers in the control room.
The sale was handled by Grace Design authorized dealer Wind Over The Earth, also located in Boulder.
Designed for audio professionals working in any critical recording application, the model 801R provides eight channels of high-fidelity mic preamplification with seamless digital remote control of all system parameters. Up to eight 801R units can be remotely controlled from a distance of 1000 feet via a single interconnect cable when using the optional 801RCU remote.
Barker Dalton, one of Immersive’s founders and partners, comments, “Studio 7 has been designed to be a versatile sound stage/production space capable of live music performances, with or without an audience, with high resolution audio and video capture and blue screen capability. The Grace Design 801R has an MSRP of $4,995 and the 801RCU remote unit is $995.
