Audient plc and LA Audio have merged their operations under the Audient name. The merger is expected to be completed by June, when Audient assumes LA Audio’s production and product development. LA Audio principals Steve Buchanan and Jean-Claude Lecocq will relocate to join the rest of the Audient team; a joint sales and marketing team was also created, headed up by Luke Baldry, director of sales and marketing. Joining his team are Anne Liversidge (marketing) and Neil Saunders (operations). Julian Blythe, owner of the LA Audio brand, joins Audient’s board.
