On Saturdays in August 2006, Line 6 and Apple Computer are presenting free two-hour master classes on using Propellerhead Reason and Apple Logic Pro 7 at recording studios in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York City and Nashville. The clinics will focus on Reason’s samplers and synths, Logic Pro’s music production tools and synching Reason and Logic Pro via ReWire.
The first clinic takes place August 5 at Capitol Studios in Hollywood, Calif.; on August 12, it will take place at Chicago Recording Company in Chicago; on August 19, Right Track Studios in New York City will host the event; and the final presentation takes place on August 26 at Ocean Way in Nashville, Tenn.
Products will be available for purchase at each event. With each purchase on the day of the event, Line 6 will provide a free 256MB Reason Thumb Drive or an AskVideo Reason 3.0 DVD tutorial worth $45. Additional giveaways will also be provided at the end of each session.
