Megatrax Production Music in North Hollywood, Calif. announced that Dennis Pontillano has joined its sales team. In the newly created position of Director of Division Development, Pontillano will coordinate the development of an identity and marketing strategy for the company’s sales divisions—Film/TV, Broadcast and Radio—in addition to the company’s overall image and marketing campaign. Pontillano will work with Megatrax sales representatives and their clients to better understand the specific needs of each market.
For most of his career, Pontillano has been involved with the advertising and entertainment industries, most recently as the director of marketing for Killer Tracks. Prior to that, he served stints at MediaOne Cable Television, Fox Sports Net and Blair Television. Pontillano holds a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge in Radio/Television/Broadcasting–Media Management, with a minor in Marketing.
