Switzerland’s Merging Technologies has appointed Fraser Jones and Independent Audio to oversee its expanded and restructured operation in the U.S. Merging’s original Chicago office has been replaced by two new sales and support offices in Portland, Maine, and Los Angeles. Merging has also implemented a new dealer structure that will greatly increase its representation throughout the U.S.
Jones will continue to run Independent Audio and is expanding his staff in order to provide the appropriate support in this new role with Merging. Kaspar Hugentobler, Merging’s representative in Los Angeles, will continue to run the L.A. office under the direction of the Portland headquarters.
