With the release of five new offerings, MusicBox now provides 125 premium-quality CDs, representing more than 4,500 musical tracks.
Dramatic Percussion comprises rhythmic, percussive and drum-oriented dramatic underscores. This CD was written, performed and produced by Jimi Englund, a multi-instrumentalist who was a touring member Stomp.
Fo’ Shizzle (pictured) is a mix of authentic rap songs with lyrics and hip hop instrumentals, and was recorded in New York City with hop hop artists.
World Tour is a collection of music from Mexico, the Caribbean, Ireland, France and Germany. The release was composed and produced by Los Angeles–based commercial composers Al Wolovitch and Greg Herzenach.
AM-FM Retro focuses on classic styles and sounds from the ’60s and ’70s; also composed by Herzenach and Wolovitch.
Finally, Metal Hooks was written, performed and produced by guitar player James Harrah, who has played on Madonna’s tours in the ’80s and ’90s. Other credits include records with Jewel, Melissa Ethridge, Enrique Iglesias and most recently American Idol’s Taylor Hicks.
