NTI Announces an extension of the software package RT-Speaker for automated transducer and loudspeaker production testing. The new release V2.50 supports barcode handling and advanced data logging with custom-designed report generation besides many other new features.
The speaker test system contains the high-speed audio analyzer RT-2M including the PureSoundTM module operated via the ready-to-go PC-based production software RT-SpeakerTM.
The new release of the production test software RT-SpeakerTM supports barcode handling. The speaker barcode may contain various information, such as serial number, model number, batch number etc., so RT-SpeakerTM loads the test parameters, automatically correlating to the speaker model. The test results can be logged into custom-designed reports.
A new temperature & humidity sensor continuously monitors and logs the environmental conditions, affecting the speaker parameters.
RT-SpeakerTM V2.50 further supports the multiple polarity and resonance frequency testing, providing a complete polarity test of multi-band speakers within one single measurement.
RT-SpeakerTM with RT-2M quickly and consistently measures all audible imperfections of your transducers or loudspeakers based on the PureSoundTM technology. PureSoundTM detects even slightest Rub&Buzz defects such as air-leaks, miscentered or rubbing voice coils, loose particles etc. Rub & Buzz detection of large subwoofers is supported down to 5 Hz, thus enabling 100 percent objective detection of faulty woofers due to any manufacturing problems.
