SAE Adds Gaming to Curriculum

SAE Institute is now offering a new program course titled “Digital Games Development.” The program is designed to provide professional training in creative process development, games programming, 3-D animation and graphics, pitching, team management and more. Students enrolled in this program will be involved in planning and pre-production to final playable development.

“The videogames industry is growing at a phenomenal rate worldwide, and SAE Institute is set to offer courses that provide high-quality instruction and creative focus for the next evolution of videogame development,” says school founder/president Tom Misner. “With giants such as Sony and Microsoft poised to launch their next-generation game consoles, the demand for exciting and challenging new games is going to become even more intense.”
