SAE Institute has announced three new DJ courses at its Miami campus, which are designed to offer students distinct directives within its Turntable Essence program, established in 2003. The three classes—Turntable Essentials, Advanced Techniques and Basic Beat Construction—provide additional training for DJs and turntablists. In the midst of learning production and recording techniques at SAEs Miami’s studio complex.

Turntable Essentials and Advanced Techniques begin in January 2005, and Basic Beat Construction will launch in February 2005. The six-week courses consist of six hours of class and four hours of lab time per week.
