The shareholders of Sennheiser Electronic GmbH & Co. KG and Rolf Meyer, president of marketing and sales, and Speaker of the Executive Committee, unanimously decided to terminate their cooperation. The shareholders thanked Mr. Meyer for his successful cooperation in undertaking different assignments for the company during the past 12 years.
Volker Bartels, president of manufacturing and logistics, becomes Speaker of the Executive Committee. Susanne Seidel, vice president of marketing, takes on the responsibility of marketing for the entire Sennheiser Group and becomes a Member of the Executive Committee. And Paul Whiting, vice president of sales, is now responsible for sales in the entire Sennheiser Group and becomes a Member of the Executive Committee.
