Sensaphonics ‘3D Three Ways’ Promotion Ends September 23

Sensaphonics in Chicago, a technology leader in personal monitoring, announces that its “3D Three Ways” touring season promotion on the 3D Active Ambient IEM System will end on Friday, September 23. Until then, artists and engineers can take advantage of discounted pricing deals.

The 3D Three Ways promotion offers three different ways to save. Three-dimensional single-driver earphone systems are discounted by $200, while systems with dual-driver earphones are reduced $500. The third option is a bundle deal, combining either 3DAA system with a tour-grade wireless IEM system (Sennheiser G3 or Shure PSM 900) for even greater savings. The 3D Active Ambient system uses binaural microphones embedded in custom earphones to add controlled stage ambience to the monitor mix through a small bodypack mixer/amplifier.

“The 3D Three Ways promotion has been a huge success, with a lot of artists making the move to active ambient monitoring,” notes Sensaphonics president, Dr. Michael Santucci. “Being able to reconnect with the stage environment and hear your instrument acoustically, especially guitar amps and drums, is a huge performance advantage. ‘The 3-D gave me my ears back’ is a comment we hear often.”

Artists converting to the 3D Active Ambient in 2011 include Kanye West, Jay-Z, Ray LaMontagne, Adrian Belew, bassist Fred Turner of Bachman & Turner, guitarist Dan Tyminski (Alison Krauss), drummer Jim Keltner, and actor/musician Jeff Bridges, among others.

To take advantage of the Sensaphonics 3D Three Ways touring season promotion, artists should contact Sensaphonics by the first day of autumn, September 23, 2011.
