StarCity Recording Company recently hosted a songwriters’ workshop arranged by The Eastern PA Chapter of The Nashville Songwriters Association International (EPA-NSAI). Grammy-nominated songwriter Steve Seskin conducted the workshop, which was dedicated to helping more than 20 musicians in the area learn new techniques and expand their abilities.

“As a music producer, it all starts with the song and the NSAI is a fantastic organization dedicated to songwriters and the music industry,” stated Jeff Glixman, executive vice president of StarCity Recording Company. “We welcome any opportunity to work with the NSAI in its commitment to assisting local songwriters and musicians.”

StarCity Recording Company also hosted a special concert by Seskin to benefit the Operation Respect/Don’t Laugh At Me Project, a non-profit children’s charity, which offers schools a curriculum designed to teach children respect for others. This program has already been implemented in more than 20,000 schools across the country.

The Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) is a non-profit songwriters’ organization with over 5,000 members and 150 offices around the world. NSAI runs monthly songwriters’ workshops that teach the craft of songwriting.
