Composer Richard Jacques announced that his original score for Empire Interactive’s Starship Troopers™ will debut as a live symphony suite at this year’s GC-Games Convention concert. Members of the Prague Symphony Orchestra will perform the music August 18 at Gewandhaus in Leipzig, Germany.
In 2003, Richard Jacques’ music for Headhunter and Headhunter: Redemption was played to a sold-out Gewandhaus concert hall during the first game music symphony outside of Japan.
Starship Troopers,™ the game based on the Sony Pictures Entertainment movie and anime franchise, will be released on PC and all current and next generation consoles later this year.
