AMS Neve of Burnley, Lancashire, UK has appointed Studio Tech Support Inc. (STSi), based in Los Angeles and New York City, to be responsible for all aspects of service and technical support for its full product range throughout the U.S. and Canada. The announcement was made by AMS Neve general manager Arie van den Broek.
Current services include on-site service and help line support for current AMS Neve analog and digital console products, an authorized service center for new and vintage Neve outboard processing products, and support for earlier ranges of Neve consoles.
