Westwave Audio Inc. is a new API dealership in Burbank, Calif. that offers one-on-one assistance, by appointment only, during weekday evenings at its demo facility. Established by audio post-production mixer, editor and company president, Mike Rodriguez (pictured), Westwave Audio offers personal demonstrations of the entire range of API audio equipment, including the DSM turnkey console-in-a-rack solutions, the 200 Series rackmounted modules and the company’s classic 500 Series modules. Prospective customers are encouraged to bring their own projects and spend quality hands-on time working with the API products in Westwave’s Pro Tools–equipped studio.
To further promote the benefits of API’s high-end analog audio products in a plug-in world, Westwave also offers free Saturday seminars to demonstrate useful tips and techniques. The seminar schedule is available on Westwave’s Website.
