The Xchange Market Corporation in Toronto, Ontario, which is led by audio software industry veterans Ray Williams and Steve Garth, announces the launch of the Xchange Market Platform (XMP), a serial code point-of-sale-activation system for software companies doing business with brick-and-mortar resellers. The Xchange Market Corporation says that this system is being rolled out in the music retail space effective immediately.
XMP promises instant access to the full product range of a music store’s software suppliers. At the time of purchase, a customer is given a unique serial code that is used to unlock and download their purchase from the software manufacturer’s Website.
