Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems Division has implemented a new technical support toll-free telephone number and e-mail address for its commercial audio products.
According to customer support manager Mike Nicoletti, the new phone number, 1-866-211-9366, is currently available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PST) for all non-emergency support calls, including technical and/or applications questions, literature requests, retail price information, and return authorization numbers for repairs. A front-line customer support associate and an additional applications specialist have also been added to handle incoming calls. The 24-7 tech support lines for emergency requests remain active.

“With these new lines of communication in place, Yamaha is now able to offer immediate support to all levels of requests,” states Larry Italia, general manager. “The expansion of the current service program reflects the continued growth of the Commercial Audio Systems Division and its dedication to customer needs.”
