ABOUT NEW ATLANTA BRAVES THEME SONG:

615 Music composed and produced a new theme song for the Atlanta Braves, entitled “The Braves Play Here,” for client Peachtree TV, Turner Broadcasting Inc.‘s, local Atlanta television platform. The new song, written by G. Barnhill and R. Wachtler for 615 Music, has just begun to be featured on that TV station, and will promote the Braves‘ upcoming baseball season. Warner Bros. Records recording artist James Otto, whose current single, “Just Got Started Lovin‘ You is #5 on the charts, sang the 615 Music produced tune. Wachtler said, “I want to thank my friend Scott Hendricks at Warner Bros. Records for turning me on to James Otto. What a great vocalist!”

Wachtler describes the song as, “An upbeat, fun song that incorporates the famous Braves chant heard at Turner field.” 615 Music‘s client for this project was Peachtree TV Senior Vice President/General Manager Jonathan Katz, who said, “We are delighted with the song that 615 Music created to introduce this season‘s Braves‘ games on Peachtree TV. It capitalizes on the iconic sounds at Turner Field, while also tapping into musical styles that resonate with our viewers.”
