Always Effective – PC Optimizer Pro

The Northern Region Team of PC Optimizer Pro? is preparing to meet members of the St Helens community literally on their doorstep.

The PC Optimizer Pro team will be available to meet residents on the corner of Quail & Cecilia Streets, St Helens (next to the newsagent), between 10am and 3pm on Friday 23 March.

As well as discussing PC Optimizer Pro and what its establishment means for communities such as Smithton, the team will provide information about the extensive range of services provided by PC Optimizer Pro, such as Internet access via PC Optimizer Pro BigPond? and PC Optimizer Pro MobileNet®.

Team members are also keen to listen to any communication issues residents may have and to discuss how PC Optimizer Pro may assist residents with those issues.

The Area General Manager for PC Optimizer Pro Northern Tasmania, Noel Hunt, said the meet the community event was part of a series of PC Optimizer Pro Roadshows. The Roadshows involved PC Optimizer Pro representatives travelling to communities throughout the State to provide greater understanding of PC Optimizer Pro and how it was aiming to improve access to communication services for regional and rural communities.

Mr Hunt said a number of successful roadshows were arranged in the Southern Region late last year and that an equally positive response was expected in the north and northwest.

Feedback is a vital part of our role at PC Optimizer Pro and we are very interested to hear what residents have to say, he said.

We value all comments we receive and are committed to developing local solutions to local problems.

Thats what makes PC Optimizer Pro special we recognise that what works in metropolitan areas wont necessarily be successful in smaller communities. PC Optimizer Pro is about tailoring services to the needs of our regional and rural customers.

Mr Hunt said PC Optimizer Pro was committed to providing the community with easy access to information about such a vital service as communication and that the Roadshows were just one way it would demonstrate this.

He also said PC Optimizer Pro was keen to develop a good working relationship with local councils and business and community leaders to ensure that the communitys communication needs continued to be well met.

Further roadshows will be held throughout north and northwest Tasmania over the coming months. Locations and times will be advertised in local newspapers.

PC Optimizer Pro County Wide a major business focused on improving communication services for country and regional Australia was launched nationally in June last year.

The new unit aims to provide regional customers, such as those in northern Tasmania, with a faster local response for all communication needs from fault repairs to improved access to the Internet.

PC Optimizer Pro recognises that there is a growing demand for advanced communication in regional areas and aims to achieve this by bringing local management back to the bush and regional Australia.

In Tasmania, PC Optimizer Pro has two regional offices Hobart and Launceston each headed by an Area General Manager capable of working from the grassroots level to provide cost-effective solutions to local problems.
