Eric Huber—Customer Experience / Marketing Manager, Americas
In his new capacity with Blaze Audio, Eric Huber will be tasked with managing the company’s strategic, detailed, and creative efforts to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This will entail the establishment and growth of a multi-channel Go-to-Market (GTM) to attract business in addition to ensuring the alignment of all strategic product roadmaps and corresponding marketing initiatives. With a background that encompasses the job titles of Technical Editor and Senior Product Support Specialist for TOA Electronics, Huber has a solid set of credentials that will enable him to excel in his new position. He is based out of Jersey City, NJ.
Jon Taylor—Technical Sales Manager, Americas
Jon Taylor has been involved in professional audio for over 30 years and leans more toward the technical aspects of sound reproduction. With a background that spans over a decade with Presonus Audio Electronics and Worxaudio Technologies, Taylor served as a Technical Support Representative before becoming a Commercial Technical Sales Representative, which was then followed by the title of Technical Sales Lead. He has a passion for developing relationships with his customers and this is evident in his ability to guide them to the best product choices. With Blaze Audio, Taylor will locate and sign-up new dealers, provide presales configuration support, and provide product training to dealers and sales representatives. He is based in Marlton, New Jersey.
Stephanie Abreu—Customer Service Manager, Americas
As a bilingual Customer Service Manager with over 8 years of customer service and communication skills, Stephanie Abreu’s background in the Commercial and Pro Audio marketplace puts her in a strong position to leverage all aspects of Blaze Audio’s customer experience, including program development, strategic problem solving, and leadership. With a background that includes being the Customer Service Team Lead and, prior to that, Customer Service Representative for TOA Electronics, Abreu has an impressive track record that will enable her to represent the voice of the customer, manage procedural development for all support requirements, as well as investigate and solve customer issues and update processes as required. She is based in Hackensack, NJ.
