Andover, MA––At this year’s Summer NAMM, Fishman announced an exclusive worldwide strategic alliance and global distribution agreement with premier audio cable company Asterope, introduced its highly anticipated Triple Play™ Wireless Guitar Controller and Loudbox Performer amplifier, and earned several “Best in Show” wins.
Fishman’s alliance with Asterope was announced at a well-attended press conference led by company founder and president Larry Fishman alongside Asterope’s president, Dariush Rad on the first day of the show. Since the company’s inception, Asterope has become known for premier audio cables with a unique design that provides increased clarity, a broader frequency response and more dynamic harmonics than traditional cables.
Asked about the agreement, Fishman said, “This is an exciting opportunity for Fishman to expand on its commitment to provide the best possible sound. Every so often something revolutionary comes along that re-defines a category in our industry. This is one of those times.”

The reaction to Fishman’s powerful and feature-rich new Loudbox Performer acoustic guitar amplifier by the media, dealers and attendees was equally positive.
Fishman capped off a successful show with “Best in Show” wins in the “Companies To Watch” and “Gotta Stock it” (Loudbox Performer) categories.
