Full Sail University Announces 8 Graduates Have Been Nominated For Grammy® Awards

Full Sail University announced today that eight of its alumni are nominated for this year’s GRAMMY® Awards airing live on CBS Sunday, February 13, 2011. A total of 74 Full Sail University graduates worked on 53 nominated projects, dominating categories such as Album of the Year, Record of the Year, and Best Engineered Album-Classical, to name a few.

In addition, graduates of Full Sail University worked on all five projects nominated for Album of the Year, which includes The Fame Monster by Lady Gaga, Teenage Dream by Katy Perry, Recovery by Eminem, The Suburbs by Arcade Fire, and Need You Now by Lady Antebellum. Full Sail University graduates have worked on 16 GRAMMY®-award winning Album of the Year releases over the past 19 years.

· Graham Marsh, Engineer, Record of the Year, F*** You, Cee Lo Green

· Kory Kruckenburg, Engineer, Best Engineered Album-Classical, Eliesha Nelson: Complete Viola Works, Quincy Porter
