HARMAN High Performance A/V’s Mobile Showcase Builds On 22,000 Miles Of Dealer Support With Product Demonstrations At CEDIA 2010

Presenting the latest home audio products to dealers, integrators and consumers around the country, HARMAN High Performance A/V’s Mobile Showcase has served as a platform for education as it provides dealer training and hosts customer demonstrations.

Since launching at CEDIA 2009, HARMAN High Performance A/V’s Mobile Showcase has been on a nationwide tour, bringing state-of-the-art product demonstrations and on-site training sessions to dealers, integrators and consumers at tradeshows, exhibitions and various dealer locations. Now, having traveled more than 22,000 miles, the Mobile Showcase is returning to Atlanta for CEDIA 2010 to highlight a series of groundbreaking product introductions from Revel, Lexicon and JBL Synthesis and also to highlight Mark Levinson’s relationship with Lexus.

The Mobile Showcase was initially launched as an integral part of HARMAN’s growth strategy aimed at supporting dealers around the country through local initiatives. Outfitted with the latest and most advanced products from each of

the company’s four high performance brands, it was designed to take product demonstrations to people that may not have a chance to see or experience the products otherwise. The 1,000-square-foot truck features both an audiophile display room and a home theater display, and educates people on a variety of HPAV products.

“Our showcase has received an overwhelmingly positive response from dealers and other attendees around the country, said Marc Kellom, Director of Marketing, HPAV. “Consumers, interior designers, architects and builders that tour the showroom are not only thrilled with the performance of the technology, but are happy to be able to learn more about the products from HPAV on-site specialists. And, of course, our dealers have been happy to receive the training sessions and increased support that comes with the truck, itself.

The audiophile room, which is the first thing seen and heard when entering the Mobile Showcase, features a 2-channel audio setup with Mark Levinson â„–53 Amplifiers, a Mark Levinson â„–326S Preamplifier and a Mark Levinson â„–512 CD/SACD player in combination with two Revel Ultima Salon2 speakers. The home theater room consists of a complete JBL Synthesis K2 S9900 System, including a Lexicon BD-30 blu-ray player and state-of-the-art video projection.

Visitors will have the opportunity to tour the Showcase at booth number 3972 during all show floor hours at CEDIA 2010 in Atlanta, Georgia.
