iZotope Inc. in Cambridge, Mass., is employing a new product delivery system developed in partnership with Sweetwater. The new Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) system puts iZotope on the leading edge of providing customers with eco-friendly, on-demand service. The electronic system allows Sweetwater to automate server-to-server digital serial number fulfillment and cuts the time needed to complete orders.
iZotope has experienced expansion over the past few years, which has led to changes in its product fulfillment needs. This new system provides a stable platform for Sweetwater to better serve its end customers. “We are very happy to be able to implement this advanced system of software delivery with one of our most supportive dealers,” says Bruce Bartone, director of sales for iZotope. “ESD allows Sweetwater to provide extremely fast order fulfillment to their customers by having 24/7/365 access to our software catalog.
