TWIN CITIES — September 29, 2010 — Joe Mabbott, the McNally Smith Production and Recording teacher, is adding more heat to his ‘res. He not only recorded and mixed the new solo album for Producer Lazerbeak of Doomtree fame — due out his week — he’s a featured vocal guest along with Dessa and POS.

Mabbott will also guest on drums and vocals for the October 1 Fine Line (18+ Doors at 8:00 PM, $10.00 ) album

release in Minneapolis with special guests The Plastic Constellations and Doomtree, both groups that Mabbott has recorded, mixed and produced multiple records for. The Lazerbeak band for Friday night will also feature Dessa on vocals, POS on samples and many more special guests.

Mabbott is also back on the Billboard charts with the new Atmosphere’s EP, To All My Friends, Blood Makes The Blade Holy, which he recently recorded and produced. The disc hit #37 on Billboard Top 200 and was #1 on Itunes last week.
