PMT’s Career Programs begin in June in Dallas and Nashville
Creative talent Donald Guillaume comes by it naturally. Born into in to a church-going Haitian family to a preacher father, music surrounded he and his musical siblings. Donald was the drummer for the Grammy Award winning band, The Fugees for nearly a decade where his unique drum sounds enthused the beat. When the critically acclaimed New Jersey hip hop group disbanded, Guillame knew he belonged in the studio producing and engineering. Turning to ProMedia Training, Guillame delved deep into their Digidesign Certified Pro Tools training program and hasn’t stopped working!
Guillame has worked with varied artists such as Stevie Wonder, Eric Clapton, Whitney Houston, BB King, Earth, Wind & Fire, and Willie Nelson. Donald is presently creating drum software based on his distinctive sound with his former ProMedia Training instructor, Terron Darby.
ProMedia Training offers it’s next Career Program, Dallas June 15 – August 21 and Nashville June 22 – August 14 and has Digidesign Certified bootcamps in Atlanta, New York, Miami and San Diego throughout the Spring.

In three months, ProMedia Training’s Audio Career Program will provide aspiring engineering professionals with a proprietary Pro Tools centric education and the credibility they need to start a career in the music and audio post-production industry. Plus, they’ll receive a complete, self-contained mobile Pro Tools studio worth $6500, providing them with the equipment they need to create and pursue opportunities. Upon successful completion, they will receive three Certifications from Digidesign and Waves, a ProMedia Certificate of Completion and have a professional portfolio.
