BUENA PARK, Calif.—A recent Yamaha NUAGE demo took place at Solotech in Quebec City, increasing awareness of the new advanced digital audio production system to the Canadian market, and educating its clients about the new system.
Held in October, the “NUAGE Demo Week” included Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems team member Michel Trépanier and Marcel Maurceri and François Thibault, Solotech Studio Specialist, who conducted approximately a dozen of demos and presentations to clients. “The clients really enjoyed the event and were amazed by NUAGE and its impressive possibilities for post-production,” states Fabien Panou, Marketing & Communications for Solotech.
“Mr.Thibault received training from Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems, and is probably one the most well-trained representatives in Canada on the system, Panou said. He has already sold three NUAGE systems this year, and interest from our clients is continually growing.”
Attendees consisted of studio owners, audio specialists in the video game industry, and educational institutions. “The NUAGE system integrates perfectly with the capacity of Nuendo,” notes Jacques Monminy, Studio TRAM, while Pierre Rousseau owner of Studio SFX said he’s been working in a Pro Tools environment for the last 20 years and was very surprised how the NUAGE system is revolutionary on many aspects. “The system brings creativity and productivity to another level.”
