Senior systems support engineer Ryan Curtright has been hosting Webinar Master Classes once a month for nearly a year on advanced aspects of SymNet, Integrator Series, and AirTools technology. On November 11th, systems support engineer Mark Ullrich will kick off his monthly Webinar Master Class, with content geared toward professionals who are new to Symetrix products. Many of Curtright’s classes have addressed advanced topics of interest to SymNet users who are already familiar with its infrastructure. For example, topics covered in Curtright’s last Webinar included “remote servicing and monitoring of 31 rings of SymNet over WAN,”
“DTMF decoders,” and “8 BGM combiner modules.” However, as more professionals recognize the advantages of SymNet, Integrator Series, and other Symetrix products, there is a growing need for similar training at a more basic level. By comparison, Ullrich’s first Webinar will cover such topics as “SymLink vs. CobraNet,” “RS-232 communication,” and “cabling requirements.”
