Cycling ’74’s MODE 1.0 is a set of five unique instrument and effectplug-ins for Mac OS X designed by CreativeSynth Development (www.creativesynth.com), which includes threeinstruments and two effects units for VST, Audio Units and RTAS-hostapplications.
The MODE collection includes BANG, a single-voice percussion modulethat combines sample playback, FM synthesis and analog-modeling drumsynthesis; MONO, a monophonic synthesizer that combines the ease of useand warm filter effects of an analog synthesizer with the control andclarity of an FM engine; POLY, a versatile polyphonic synthesizer thatuses waveforms sampled from popular vintage digital and analoginstruments and features a unique polyphonic arpeggiator; SPIN, arhythm-based effects processor that features a state-variable filter,panning effects, rhythmic gating, delay, distortion and bit reduction;and WASH, a new effects processor built around an interconnectednetwork of six fully controllable recirculating delay lines.
