Smart Loops has released its SL Hit Tracks Hard Rock ($49) and SL Hit Tracks Complete ($99) download bundles in Apple Loops format. Previously these bundles were only available in ACID WAV format.
SL Hit Tracks are live 24-bit audio recordings of actual drum performances and can be used with GarageBand, Final Cut, Logic Express, Logic Pro, Soundtrack Pro, Digital Performer and other Mac and PC audio software that is compatible with Apple Loops. Each SL Hit Track is split into separate chorus, verse, fill, solo and other song sections. Also included are additional one- and two-bar fills and grooves based on the recordings.
The SL Hit Tracks Hard Rock Download Bundle features Apple Loop format drum loops and one-shots based on songs such as “Immigrant Song” and “Rock and Roll” by Led Zeppelin; “I Can’t Explain” by The Who; “Living After Midnight” by Judas Priest; “Rock and Roll All Nite” by Kiss; and “Runnin’ With the Devil” by Van Halen.
SL Hit Tracks Complete Download Bundle features Apple Loop format drum loops and one-shots based on songs including “American Band” by Grand Funk Railroad; “Ballroom Blitz” by Sweet; “Call Me” by Blondie; “Immigrant Song” by Led Zeppelin; “In the Meantime” by Spacehog; “Love Shack” by The B-52’s; “Moondance” by Van Morrison; “Play That Funky Music” by Wild Cherry; “Respect” as recorded by Aretha Franklin; “Rock and Roll All Nite” by Kiss; and “Santeria” by Sublime.
