Italian blues artist Zucchero recently completed his new album for the Universal Music Group, Fly, at Ocean Way Recording in Hollywood. Produced by Don Was, the album was recorded by Krish Sharma and mixed by Jack Joseph Puig, with three tracks mixed by Sharma.

The album release follows Zucchero’s successful summer hit, “Bacco Perbacco,” recorded in Los Angeles and produced by Don Was. The subtitle of the new album is, “Come possiamo volare con le aquile se siamo contornati da tacchini,” which translates to, “How can we fly with the eagles if we are surrounded by turkeys?”

Zucchero will start his world tour in support of Fly in February 2007, with performances on every continent.
