The Motion Picture Sound Editors presented awards in 23 categories honoring the best in film and television audio at a black-tie affair on February 18 in downtown Los Angeles. Also on hand were director, screenwriter and producer Michael Mann to present the 2019 MPSE Filmmaker Award to director Antoine Fuqua, and Oscar-winning supervising sound editor Ben Wilkins presented the MPSE Career Achievement Award to supervising sound editor Stephen H. Flick.
Note: While we only have space here to list the supervising sound editor, each of these winning soundtracks was the result of a large team. A complete list of winners can be found at www.mpse.org.
