Los Angeles, CA (March 6, 2019)—Grammy-winning mixer Chris Lord-Alge (Green Day, Muse, Sugarland, Keith Urban) will, in conjunction with Waves Audio, host a masterclass on Thursday, March 7 in Los Angeles. The limited-space event is free.
Discussing the new Waves CLA MixHub plug-in, Lord-Alge will share his mixing methodology and detail his EQ, compression and “bucket” workflow as he works through a mix. With that in mind, he will also utilize the plug-in to mix in context and emulate his own analog console setup.
Taking place at 1144 South Hope Street, the event will also include a Q&A time. Doors open at 6.30 pm, and the event is from 7 pm–9.30 pm; refreshments will be served.
