The multi‑story, 12,000‑plus‑square‑foot complex features two state‑of‑the‑art music production studios designed by WSDG, alongside creative, administrative and hospitality spaces. Studio A features the first SSL Oracle instant recall, in‑line mixing console to be installed in the United States, acquired through Sweetwater Sound. Studio B features an SSL AWS 948 console, purchased from PK Pandey at AVN | SYS.

Nick Mac, Electric Feel’s chief of engineering and studio technical director, remarked, “Solid State Logic is a cornerstone of my engineering career, and so much of my life has happened at the buffer of an SSL.
