Green Day Masters at The Bakery

Green Day’s new album, Revolution Radio, debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, and hit the same spot on charts in Canada and the UK. The album—the group’s 12th effort—was mastered at Culver City, CA-based mastering facility The Bakery by its founder, mastering engineer Eric Boulanger.

Los Angeles, CA (October 24, 2016)—Green Day’s new album, Revolution Radio, debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, and hit the same spot on charts in Canada and the U.K. The album—the group’s 12th effort—was mastered at Culver City, CA-based mastering facility The Bakery by its founder, mastering engineer Eric Boulanger.

In all, the album features only three engineers: Chris Dugan for tracking, Andrew Scheps for mixing and Boulanger for mastering.

The album was self-produced by Green Day. Scheps personally recommended Boulanger and The Bakery for the project.

Boulanger noted, “I couldn’t be happier to have a project that I’m so proud of not only ‘hit,’ but hit number-one! I especially thank Maestro Andrew for his sonic creativity / perfection, while recommending The Bakery for mastering the project. I thank the band and their longtime collaborator Chris Dugan for crafting such inspirational musical material in the first place.”
