Hideaway Opens to Public

The Hideaway Studio in Minneapolis has opened from private to commercial use.

Minneapolis, MN (July 21, 2011)–The Hideaway Studio in Minneapolis has opened from private to commercial use.

After spending the last seven years using the studio for his own recording projects and clientele–including Snoop Dogg, Atmosphere, Brother Ali, Cloud Cult, The Matches, and Doomtree–producer, engineer, mixer and studio founder Joseph Mabbott is now offering his studio to anyone with recording and production needs. Mabbott, who has more than 300 albums to his credit, is also making his expertise available to clients.

“As an active musician and someone who developed a passion and appreciation for music at a very young age, I am always excited to be part of the creative process and pride myself in offering any assistance so my clients can achieve their creative potential and quality workmanship,” says Mabbott.

Located in northeast Minneapolis near the Mississippi River, The Hideaway Studio houses multiple tracking rooms, two control rooms and a huge selection of outboard gear, including equipment from SSL, API, Empirical Labs, Great River and Manley.

Mabbott is now also offering studio space for video production.
