PMA Reveals 2015 PMC Details

The non-profit Production Music Association (PMA) has announced the first round of moderators and panelists who will be featured in sessions during the PMA’s Second Annual Production Music Conference.

Hollywood, CA (July 21, 2015)—The non-profit Production Music Association (PMA) has announced the first round of moderators and panelists who will be featured in sessions during the PMA’s Second Annual Production Music Conference.

The PMA’s 2015 Production Music Conference (PMC) will be held on September 9, 2015 at the Directors Guild of America headquarters in Los Angeles, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Among the panels to be presented during this year’s PMC are:

* Follow the Dollar: Revenue Streams for Production Music
* Writing the Next Library Hit: Composing Techniques for Production Music
* Production Music in Advertising
* Legal Considerations for Music Libraries
* Trailer Music: When Out-of-the-Box Works and When It Doesn’t
* New Business Models in the Production Music Library Industry

The PMA will also be launching its first annual Mark Awards event on the evening of September 9, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the DGA headquarters in L.A. The new awards event will honor excellence within the Production Music industry.
