Boris FX announced that its entire product line is available for the new Apple Final Cut Studio Version 2 release. The new release promises improved Boris plug-in integration and adds key updates, including support for Boris FX transitions. Owners of Boris Continuum Complete Version 4.1, Boris Red Version 4.1, Boris FX Version 9.1 and Boris Graffiti Version 5.1 can immediately move to Apple Final Cut Pro Version 6; no additional software updates are needed.
As announced at NAB 2007, the Boris Continuum Complete Version 5 family of products (which the company expects to ship in the second quarter of 2007) now supports Apple Pro applications via Apple’s proprietary FxPlug architecture. Customers who purchase Boris Continuum Complete Version 4.1 for use with Apple Final Cut Studio Version on or after April 1, 2007 are eligible for a free Boris Continuum Complete Version 5 update.
